FREYMORY
(frae-mÉ™-ree) n.

1. A fabricated or embellished anecdote used in conversation to make one's life seem more interesting.
Alas, his stories of wild teenaged escapades with Christie Brinkley turned out to be but freymories.

2. The recollection of experiences which, in hindsight, were based on a big steaming pile of cow manure.
The out-of-work actress Katie Holmes turned from her screaming toddler and was flooded with freymories of Tom Cruise's Eiffel Tower proposal and Oprah couch dance.
